1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing puresequence.net or placing an order with PureSequence Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place any orders.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by PureSequence Labs LLC are intended strictly for laboratory research and scientific study. These products are NOT approved by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory authority for human consumption, therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use. Buyer assumes all responsibility for compliance with applicable laws.
3. Eligible Buyers
Products are sold exclusively to approved wholesale accounts including research institutions, licensed distributors, and qualified professionals. By placing an order you confirm that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes and are legally authorized to purchase such compounds in your jurisdiction.
4. Payment & Orders
Full payment is required before shipment on all orders. We accept Zelle, USDT (TRC-20/ERC-20), and USD wire transfer. Orders are processed upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum order is 10 vials.
5. No Refunds / No Returns
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research compounds, PureSequence Labs does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed and released for collection. Quality issues backed by independent COA discrepancy will be reviewed case by case.
6. Export, Freight & Import
All orders are supplied Ex Works (EXW) from the United States. The buyer is responsible for arranging freight and acts as importer of record. Buyer assumes full responsibility for import compliance, customs clearance, duties, and taxes in their country. PureSequence Labs is not liable for goods seized, delayed, or rejected by customs authorities. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon handover to the buyer's carrier or freight forwarder. PureSequence Labs provides export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, SDS, and lot-specific COA) but does not act as carrier or freight forwarder.
7. Limitation of Liability
PureSequence Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products. Maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
All products on this website are sold for research and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, supplements, or medications.
Research Use Only Statement
The peptides, coenzymes, and compounds sold by PureSequence Labs LLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro research, laboratory analysis, and scientific study by qualified researchers and institutions.
Not Approved for Human Use
None of the products sold by PureSequence Labs LLC have been evaluated or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), INVIMA (Colombia), MPPS (Venezuela), or any equivalent regulatory body for use in humans or animals. Buyer Acknowledgment
By purchasing from PureSequence Labs LLC, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and agrees that: (1) products are purchased for research purposes only; (2) products will not be administered to humans or animals; (3) buyer is a qualified researcher or authorized distributor; (4) buyer complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Storage & Handling
All lyophilized peptide products must be stored at 2–8°C and kept away from light and moisture. Improper storage may degrade product quality. PureSequence Labs is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper handling after delivery.
Certificate of Analysis
PureSequence Labs provides a Certificate of Analysis (COA) from independent accredited US laboratories with every order. The COA is provided for informational purposes to confirm purity and identity. It does not constitute approval or authorization for human use.
We collect only what we need to process your order. We never sell your data to third parties.
Information We Collect
When you apply for a wholesale account or place an order, we collect: your name, company name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number, country, and business type. We also collect order information including products ordered, quantities, and payment confirmation.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, communicate order status, send COA and export documentation, respond to inquiries, and improve our services. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing without consent.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Where a buyer requests, we may share order documentation with the buyer's designated freight forwarder or customs broker solely to facilitate export. We may disclose information if required by law.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Communications are conducted via encrypted channels where possible. Payment transactions are processed through secure payment methods and we do not store payment credentials.
